Most of my clients opt for in-person
training in their home or office, or in my office. The work outs
that I design for you are based on your bodytype, goals, age,
weight, lifestyle, and on what you enjoy. You can choose to work
with me one, two, or three times per week for one hour, each.
I offer one 30-minute telephone coaching session per month, for
the first three months, to all of my new personal training clients.
As personal training clients progress, they
can cut back on their
training sessions (by working on their own) and continue to receive
motivation and accountability during brief 20-30 minute fitness
coaching calls, usually three calls per month.

Some of my fitness clients don't need
to work with me in person. They may just need advice, feedback,
or someone to share their successes with and someone who is paying
attention when they don't do their work outs or follow their diets.
For those clients, I offer coaching packages that are similar
to my Life Coaching packages and they save money and time.

| Graduating
from fitness training |

Some of my clients "graduate"
from training, meaning they know their work out so well and are
so well motivated that they don't need my constant presence in
order to stay in shape. At that point, they can still receive
email support and/or occasional calls for those times when they're
tempted to "fall off the wagon". Often, though, training
clients will move into Life Coaching with me.

Technology continues to offer us more
efficient ways to get things done! I will soon be offering coaching
and training options via web-cam for fitness clients who want
to work with me long-distance or while they are traveling!
